HR

A straight answer when a people problem lands on your desk.

Employment agreements and offer letters that hold up. Onboarding and offboarding checklists that actually get followed. And someone to ring when it gets awkward.

What we handle

Employment agreements

Agreements and offer letters that hold up – not a template off the internet with the wrong company name still in clause four.

Onboarding & offboarding

Checklists that actually get followed, so a new starter has a laptop, a login and a payroll record on day one – and a leaver loses all three on their last.

The awkward conversation

When a people problem lands on your desk, you get a straight answer from someone who has dealt with it before.

Where HR meets IT

Onboarding and offboarding are the clearest example of why one team is better. A new starter needs an employment agreement, a payroll record, a laptop, a Microsoft 365 licence and the right access – and those normally sit with three different suppliers.

Here they sit with one. And when someone leaves, the access goes at the same time as the final pay – not three weeks later when somebody notices the licence is still being billed.

That last one is a security control as much as an HR task. Dormant accounts are one of the most common ways businesses get compromised.

Who does it

Maddy Luke runs people and process across every IT Live office – she will spot the thing you have been quietly getting wrong for two years and just fix it. Shania Sadie handles onboarding, paperwork and the hundred small things that fall through cracks everywhere else.
